ALL VISITORS MUST REPORT TO RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL.
VEHICLES MAY NOT OPERATE COMMERCIALLY WHILE ON THE PARK.
SPEED LIMIT: Please observe the park speed limit of 5 mph.
DRIVING: Persons driving on the park must hold a full current driving licence and have a minimum of Third Party Insurance
NOISE: No loud noises, loud radios or unreasonable behaviour. This is a quiet family site and we wish it to remain so.
DISCLAIMERS: The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking application or to terminate accommodation at their absolute discretion. The Proprietors shall not be liable in the event of accommodation or other advertised facilities or amenities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control. The Proprietors disclaim all liability for injury to persons, or loss; or damage in respect of personal property, equipment, vehicles, valuables or cash.
REFUNDS: A deposit is required on booking a caravan or touring space. The balance of the hire charge or pitch rental is due no less than 40 days prior to arrival. Any changes to a confirmed booking will incur a £10.00 amendment fee for each change thereafter. You are reminded that if it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking for any reason you are legally responsible for the full amount due in respect of the booking.( Regretfully refunds within whole or in parts cannot be made in any circumstances and our visitors are strongly advised to insure against possible cancellation of their holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.)Telephone bookings can be made but a deposit must be received by us within 5 days of enquiry, failure will result in cancellation of your provisional booking. No booking can be considered as complete until you have received written confirmation from us. Lost property will be held for 6 weeks only.
HOLIDAY HOMES: Bookings are from 4pm on arrival day until 10.00am on departure day. Our holiday homes are 28ft x 10ft wide, 32, 36, 37x 12ft wide.
AGE LIMITS: Bookings are not accepted from persons under 21 or parties of young people.. No hens and stags parties excepted.
SHORT BREAKS: Are available – subject to availability.
TOTAL NUMBER of persons must not exceed the number of stated berths, babies count as one person. Anyone found to be overcrowding a holiday home will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
PARENTS of young children are requested to protect our bedding as if it were their own, we will have to charge for soiled mattresses.
EQUIPMENT such as seating, blankets and pillows MUST NOT be taken out of the holiday homes and all breakages / damage must be paid for.
CARS may be parked on the grass outside the caravan, extra cars, trailers, etc., parked as directed by the Proprietors.
Extra Cars, trailers, etc must be park as directed by the proprietors. Additional vehicles must be paid for and notified prior to arrival.
PETS: Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a weekly rate, OWNERS should provide a basket or rug, dogs are NOT
allowed on the holiday home cushions or bedding. Pets MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE HOLIDAY HOMES, they must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the park. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog.
